We used to have an application for employee, employer, and business owner versions. Working as a UI/UX Designer responsible to revamp the mobile app, and designing the desktop version, website company, and core system or back office.

Our main product is used directly by employees and offers various functionalities, including attendance tracking, leave requests, payslip viewing, salary advances, and more. You have an application that can be divided into different versions based on roles, such as employee, supervisor, manager, HR, and company leaders. Each version allows users to monitor employee activities within their respective roles.

Pakket is a Design Language System created to fulfill development needs, design documentation, and design standardization as a means of communication between teams and for Lion Parcel's brand kit requirements.
The users of the Pakket Design System are as follows:

Engineering Team, which can leverage the system to enhance engineering speed and quality.
Digital Marketing & Lion Parcel Team.
Other internal Lion Parcel parties that require the Lion Parcel Brand Kit.
External parties with limited access scope.
GetWorks is attendance app for SiCepat employee that provides correction attendance, leave request, payslip and organization structure.
The purpose of creating this application is to improve the company's efficiency, especially in the process of employee attendance. Previously, SiCepat used an external vendor to manage the attendance of its 16,000 employees. By having its own application, the company can save time and costs that were previously spent on using an external vendor.

According to the results of SiCepat Superapp Q1 report and design evaluation our current application is lack of consistency, quite messy, not informative, not easy to use and confusing the end user.
Therefore it has an impact on the high number of user churn and low daily transaction.
To handle this problem the design team took the initiative to revamp SiCepat Superapp to apply our design system dan improve the experience.
CODEX is part of Telkom DBT (Department of Business and Technology), which helps Telkom Indonesia to make it easier for them to do their work with our HR Tech Platform.
